INTRAFUSION TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
Intrafusion Technologies, Inc. ("Intrafusion," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information through intrafusiontech.com, our inquiry form, and our customer-care text messaging program.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name, email address, required phone number, business name, service interests, inquiry details, and any SMS consent you choose to provide. Messages you send us may contain other information you include.
- Connection details: your IP address and browser user agent are included with website inquiries. Hosting and security services may process request times, device details, and other connection information.
- SMS records: mobile numbers, messages, delivery and opt-out information, and records showing the date, method, and language of your consent.
- Website usage: Google Analytics, managed through Google Tag Manager, may collect information about visits, pages, referrals, and browser or device characteristics using cookies and similar technologies.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, plan and provide services, communicate about projects and support, operate and improve the website, prevent abuse, maintain consent and opt-out records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Providing an email address or sending an inquiry does not enroll you in SMS messaging.
SMS privacy and consent
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent records with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent applies only to Intrafusion's customer-care program and is not transferred to other senders or used to authorize unrelated marketing.
We may provide the information needed to operate messaging to service providers, including Twilio and telecommunications carriers, solely to deliver messages, maintain consent and opt-out preferences, provide support, and meet service or legal requirements. These operational disclosures do not permit those providers to use your SMS consent for their own marketing.
Participation is optional and is not a condition of purchase or service. You may opt out by replying STOP to a message from us. See our SMS Policy & Terms of Service for program details and help.
Service providers and other disclosures
We use service providers to host the website, process inquiries, deliver email, provide analytics, and support messaging. These include Amazon Web Services, Google, and, for SMS communications, Twilio and carriers. Information is disclosed as needed for those functions. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect security, rights, or safety. We do not sell contact-form submissions. The protections for SMS consent described above apply to our other sharing practices as well.
Cookies, analytics, and third-party resources
Google Tag Manager loads and manages configured tags; Google Analytics helps us understand website use. The site also requests fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser may send connection information to those services. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies or scripts may affect analytics or website features. Please do not put sensitive information in page URLs or inquiry messages.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry correspondence, service records, and messaging consent or suppression records for as long as needed for the purposes described here, to honor communication preferences, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. A temporary hashed-IP record is used to limit form submissions; its expiration is separate from the copy of connection details included in an inquiry email. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may decline SMS consent, stop texts, adjust browser settings, or ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information. Submit a request through our contact form and identify it as a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information needed to meet legal obligations or honor an opt-out. Available rights depend on applicable law.
Children and sensitive information
Our business services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, medical information, or other sensitive information through the inquiry form or SMS.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. For privacy questions, contact Intrafusion Technologies, Inc. through our contact form.
